A method of manufacturing material including a cell adhesive protein spot surface manufactured by using amorphous calcium phosphate granule is provided to implement nano spot of the cell adhesion molecule or a nano network surface. A method of Manufacturing material including a cell adhesive protein spot surface manufactured by using amorphous calcium phosphate granule comprises steps of: contacting a calcium phosphate ionic solution of which calcium phosphate ion concentration is 2.25 ~ 25 mM^2 in a solid substrate surface in pH 6.8 ~ 8.0 condition; contacting the calcium phosphate ionic solution at 0 ~ 30°C and raising temperature to 8 ~ 50°C; and forming amorphous calcium phosphate granule of a diameter 50 ~ 400nm size at the solid substrate surface.
