An oil pressure circuit of heavy equipment having variableness control apparatus is provided to have enough space to install a main control valve and reduce the manufacturing cost. An oil pressure circuit of heavy equipment having variableness control apparatus comprises the followings: an oil pressure pump(1) at least one or more; a main relief valve(2) installed on an upper side of a discharging route; an option device(3) connected with the oil pressure pump; a main control valve(5) installed an oil route located between the oil pressure pump and the option device; a port relief valves(12,13) installed on inside of the main control valve; and a proportional control valve(14) installed outside of the main control valve.
