An apparatus for design of covering soil is provided to measure oxygen transmission rate according to covering soil material of a covering soil layer and a laminating structure. An apparatus for design of covering soil contains a main body of which a top end portion is opened, a supporting plate in which the covering soil used as covering soil material of a waste placing field(w) is laminated, a cover member in which a gas inflow port is formed in order to flow in gas inside of the main body and an oxygen sensor measuring oxygen content in air flown in to the top end portion of the main body and exhausted through the covering soil material. |
