FERMENTED SOLIDIOUS FEED FOR LIVESTOCKS AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

A method for preparing a solid fermented feed for the breeding of domestic animals, and a solid fermented feed prepared by the method are provided to allow it to be produced easily in the stockbreeding farmhouse. A method for preparing a solid fermented feed for the breeding of domestic animals comprises the steps of sterilizing a mixture comprising the cut barley straw 15~25 weight%, the cut barley sprouts 25~35 weight%, the unhulled barley 25~35 weight% and yellow soil 15~25 weight% at 121 deg.C and at a high pressure for 15 min; cooling it; injecting 5 wt% of yeast and lactobacillus to it to ferment it at 37 deg.C for 7 days to obtain a solid fermented product; and steaming the solid fermented product at 100 deg.C for 30 min for inhibiting the post-fermentation.
