A power rebooting integral controller about a respective installed power coupler in a plurality of electronics devices are provided to perform power rebooting about a plurality of electronic devices. A data communications port(210) is connected to an external data communications path and an electronic device(110) in external communications network. A repeater(230) performs a function of relaying the applied power rebooting signal through data communications port. The data communications port receives the selection signal about the power coupler(120). A plurality of connectors(220) is connected to the power rebooting control stage of the power coupler. The electric power supply circuit part(260) is provided with the electricity through the plug(255) from the external power supply. The internal power coupler is arranged between the electric power supply circuit part and external electric power source.
