A safe sports bicycle is provided to travel easily by using a clutch bearing and a brake on a downward slope. A safe sports bicycle comprises the followings: a clutch bearing(340) connected with a front wheel(131) and a wheel crank arm(330); a front part of the operating pedal connected with a connection pin(350) and a crank arm(360) of the opposite side; a clutch bearing connected to the wheel crank arm; an anti-skid floor pin(310) installed on the operating pedal; and a pedal anti separation cover(320) combined with a front part and a rear part of pedal.
