A communications method using a message which uses the number of a text message is provided to attempt a call by using a telephone number stored in a message after memorizing the telephone number of the message. A message including a number is transmitted to a first terminal(S11). The message is selected(S12) The first terminal attempts connection with a second terminal matched with number by using the telephone call command inputted to the first terminal(S13). A first terminal user selects the message and performs a call command by pressing a specific button.
