A salinity measurement device is provided to simultaneously perform a cooking operation and a salinity measurement operation when liquid food is cooked to improve convenience of measurement and provide correct result values. A salinity measurement device includes a measurement unit(10) having a connecting stick(12) extended to one side of a receiving part(11), a positive electrode(21) inserted into the measurement unit, a first insulator(22) enveloping the positive electrode, a negative electrode(23) surrounding the first insulator, and a second insulator(24) surrounding the negative electrode and preventing the negative electrode from coming into contact with the measurement unit.
