A form system for placing the slab concrete of a concrete filled steel tube girder bridge is provided to make repeated use possible by dismantling and assembling on the lower part of a girder of a bridge temporary construction spot without being influenced by conditions, and to place the slab concrete of a concrete filled steel tube girder bridge economically. A form system for placing the slab concrete of a concrete filled steel tube girder bridge comprises a plurality of first fixtures, a plurality of lower supports(120), a plurality of upper support(130), a plurality of central form panels(140) installed between concrete filled steel tube girders, a plurality of horizontal supports(150) coupled to the first fixture at regular intervals to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adjacent concrete filled steel tube girder, and a plurality of vertical supporters(160) supporting the central form panel.
