A distributed shared type emergency signal spreading apparatus supporting a plurality of protocols in the measuring and monitoring environment for disaster prevention is provided to support protocols which can be applied when performing the measurement or transmitting data between various measuring instruments and a system. A distributed shared processor(10) comprises a database(11), a measuring module(12), a protocol converter(13), an analysis module(14) and a web server module(15). The database maintains the compatibility to store the measurement items used for disaster prevention, the measuring module stores the measured data by connecting to various measuring instruments(22) via the protocol converter. The analysis module processes the measured data stored in the database according to a predetermined form to determine whether the danger exists.
