A phone call connecting system using a foreign phone number and a method thereof are provided to give a phone number which is actually used in a foreign country to an internal person or company which applies to use a corresponding service, and directly connect a call sent from a caller in the foreign country to an internal callee. The terminal(10) of a member connects to a web server(20) to perform the member registration, and then receives an actual foreign telephone number. The web server receives member subscription information from the terminal, and then performs the member registration according to a predetermined member subscription procedure. A database server(30) stores various information including information about each member. An exchange server(40) processes the call connection to the terminal of a registered callee according as a call signal to the actual foreign telephone number is generated. |
