A vacuum brazing apparatus and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to raise temperature to the target temperature rapidly by using a halogen lamp, to prevent oxidation of raw materials by making high vacuum pressure with a diffusion pump, and to minimize the contamination of filler metal by using nitrogen to remove the vacuum pressure in the mold. A vacuum brazing apparatus comprises a top mold(100) with a heating unit(110), a bottom mold(200) with a support plate(210) in which a brazing object is placed, a partition plate(300) dividing the cavity formed by the top and bottom molds into top and bottom vacuum chambers(101,201), a vacuum creating unit producing and releasing a vacuum in the top and bottom vacuum chambers, a mating unit uniting and separating the top and bottom molds, and a control unit for controlling the mold mating, temperature regulation, and vacuum creation.
