A Raman microscope with an excellent S/N(Signal to Noise) ratio is provided to improve an S/N ratio and convenience by lowering a limit of a measurable sample size to 1mum~10mum level. A Raman microscope with an excellent S/N ratio obtains a real image of a sample through an object lens by using a monochromatic light as a light source. The Raman microscope transmits the real image to a device selected from a Raman spectrometer(8) and a device for confirming visually the state of the sample. The Raman microscope includes an image selection unit(6) for transmitting selectively only a desired part of the real image of the sample obtained through the object lens.
