A prefabricated packing box for loading multi-stage is provided to be used for 1 time and to endure against load of loaded cargo, to be manufactured inexpensively and to take no customs immigration quarantine. A prefabricated packing box for loading multi-stage contains a main body of the box of which a top part is opened and which contains a plurality of side walls(40,50) and a top cover(20) assembled in an upper end of the main body of the box. A palette and a top cover are made of metal material and the side is formed to bimetal reinforced through supports(42,43,52) of the metal material. The top cover contains a cover edge member(21) which forms limit, a plurality of reinforcing members(22) and a plurality of supporting members(23).
