<p>Capsule formulations of a thrombin receptor antagonist for oral administration are disclosed. In some embodiments, the thrombin receptor antagonist is Formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable isomer, salt, or solvate thereof. The formulations include at least one excipient, such as a diluent, disintegrant and/or lubricant. Also disclosed are methods of treating acute coronary syndrome and peripheral arterial disease, and of effecting secondary prevention, by orally administering such capsule formulations.</p> |
