A sealing structure of a fuel cell stack is provided to prevent the leakage caused by the deviation generated in manufacture by parts, by offsetting the deviation with the joint pressure. A sealing structure of a fuel cell stack comprises a membrane electrode assembly(10) producing the power source through the chemical reaction; a first separator(20) connected to one side of the membrane electrode assembly; and a second separator(30) connected to the other side of the membrane electrode assembly. A first sealing member(40) is formed at one side of the first separator and surrounds the membrane electrode assembly. A second sealing member(50) is formed at one side of the second separator to be geared with the first sealing member.
