OPTICAL DISK INSPECTION DEVICE AND OPTICAL DISK INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk inspection device and an optical disk inspection method by which the same screen display of an error point is repeated whenever one and the same optical disk is measured and a visually viewed optical disk and the screen display of the error point can be associated with each other. SOLUTION: An identification code recorded in the optical disk is irradiated with laser light and a specified position of the identification code detected from a signal based on reflected light from the optical disk is acquired as a rotation reference position. An error detection signal is outputted when the peak value of an inspection signal crosses a prescribed value to continue detection of a rotation position of the optical disk and when the error detection signal is inputted, the rotation position of the error point is acquired as a rotation angle from the rotation reference position.
