PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable can lid in which a finger hooking property is improved without spoiling can lid piling-up properties, and to provide a convenient and mass-producible method for manufacturing the easily openable can lid. SOLUTION: The easily openable can lid 1 is characterized in that an inclined face 23 is formed so that the center of a panel 3 becomes the most-recessed part to the direction of a tab tail 15 of a ring tab 7 from the center of the panel 3, the undersurface of the ring tab 7 is brought into contact with or close along the inclined face 23, the ring tab 7 has a hollow S formed by crushing processing by pushing from the upper part, and the ring tab is bent by the hollow S. The method for manufacturing the easily openable can lid 1 is characterized by comprising the process of applying the crushing process by pushing from the upper part on a part of an outer-lance of the ring tab 7 after fixing the ring tab 7 on the panel 3 or at the same time when fixing it.
