A vibration device includes a vibration board; a supporting system member for supporting the vibration board freely to vibrate; a tubular voice coil bobbin fixed to the vibration board; a magnet arranged at least on the inner circumferential side or the outer circumferential side of the voice coil bobbin and being magnetized in the vibrating direction of the vibration board to form a magnetic gap on the side opposing the voice coil bobbin; a voice coil fixed to the voice coil bobbin to be arranged in the magnetic gap and vibrating the vibration board and the voice coil bobbin with a driving force generated by receiving an input electric signal; and a magnetic substance member fixed to the voice coil bobbin to be arranged at a balanced position in the magnetic gap wherein magnetic attraction acts in the direction separating from the balanced position when it vibrates together with the voice coil bobbin.
