BINDER AND ASCON COMPOSITION FOR RAPID REPAIR OF PAVEMENT

A binder is provided to have an excellent stability, an excellent durability and an excellent resistivity to moisture and to be maintained rapidly at a room temperature. A binder comprises asphalt cement 60~80 weight%, plant oil 15~35 weight% and Aliphatic polyamides 0.5~3 weight%. Additionally, a surfactant is added to the binder and a proper amount of the surfactant is 0.01~1 weight%.
