摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically controlled phased array antenna device for controlling microwave beams radiated from an array antenna to a required direction, even if an optical system is fluctuated by temperature, vibration, vibration and the like. SOLUTION: The optically controlled phased array antenna device receives a second signal light 8 passing the same optical path as that of a first signal light 3 and a second local light 9, passing through the same optical path as that of a first local light 4 detuned by only the microwave frequency of the second signal light and second microwave, at two positions separated on a straight line. Furthermore, the antenna device demodulates two second microwaves from two lights being received and obtains the gradient difference of wave faces, between the second signal light 8 and second local light 9 from the phase difference of the two second microwaves. This results in controlling the optical path of the second local light 9 so that the difference in the gradients of the wave faces obtained converges to the predetermined value.
