The technology of integral comprimates on the solid prop is related to the process of producing comprimates in the areas of food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The machine adds the new step in producing, which is known as ‘inserting a stick’, during which, with the carrying platform (6) that comprises a special mechanism (7), makes possible continual takeover of sticks (29) from the cartridge clip (20) and their forwarding and precise inserting into the die (14) filled with granules through the slot (23). The slot is closed with the cap which is achieved as a spring (9) and its purpose is to prevent granules form scattering out of the die (14), when a stick is not inserted, i.e. to keep a stick (29) tight-fitted to the base when it is inserted into the die (14), to prevent its sidelong turning due to centrifugal force. The cap is located on the lock (4), along with the carrier (5), whose lifting results in throwing out tablets (28) with sticks (29) from the die (14) and therewith the process is completed. |
