<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive power transmitting device and its assembling method capable of improving assembling properties and improving degree of freedom of its assembling procedures of the drive power transmitting device to the car body. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 56 is coaxially formed with the injection aperture 31a of a front housing 30 on an each inner clutch plate 51 and at the same time, an insertion aperture 57 is formed coaxially with the injection aperture 31a on a main cum 53. And when the drive power transmitting device 6 is assembled, the pin is inserted into the injection aperture 31a of a closed wall part 31 to get up.
