PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily and efficiently installing a driver for operating networked hardware. SOLUTION: If a user desires to install a driver for operating a certain hard disk from a host in an area where a plurality of kinds of hardware having zone information and position information are connected by a network, the system enables the driver to be automatically installed based on search setting information, the zone information and the position information of the same kind of hard disk as the hard disk selected, and the host's zone information.
