The control part 4 judges whether or not the operating environment detected by the operating environment detection part 3 is operating environment suitable for operation shown by the operation information, and when judging that the operating environment is not the operating environment suitable for the operation shown by the operation information, adjusts the operation shown by the operation information so that operation can be suitable for the operating environment.
