PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate autoimmune diseases by abnormality of a helper T cell by uptake of a protein. SOLUTION: A protein-incorporating agent is obtained by taking out a protein having deflection property to a helper T cell from a protein proliferated by injecting prion into an ES cell.
