<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical low-pass filter superior in dust resistance and infrared-cutting properties, and to provide an imaging apparatus equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The optical low-pass filter has at least (1) a light-transmissive substrate 300 obtained by laminating at least one piece of birefringent plate 34 and infrared-cut plate 36; (2) a dust-proof film 31 which is arranged on a light incident surface of the light-transmissive substrate 300, and on the surface of which minute irregularities are formed; and (3) an infrared-cut coating film 33 arranged between the dust-proof film 31 and the light-transmissive substrate 300 or at the light emission surface of the light-transmissive substrate 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
