<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC mounting body eliminating its handling inconvenience by enhancing integration with a base material, by securing into an IC mounting body, and suppressing separation of an IC inlet and the base material. <P>SOLUTION: The IC inlet including an IC chip and an antenna has one or more holes penetrating between the two sides of the IC inlet.
