An exterior illumination panel for construction is provided to improve assemblability by simplifying a structure, and to heighten structural stability by increasing bearing stiffness against external force. An exterior illumination panel for construction comprises an upper frame(20) having a cover portion(21) covering the top of a fitting portion(11a), an upper horizontal plate portion(23) extended horizontally from the cover portion and attached with the top of a transparent plate(15) at the bottom and an assembly projection portion, a lower frame(30) placed on the opposite side to the upper frame across the transparent plate and having a lower horizontal plate portion(33), an assembly groove portion(35) fitted with the assembly projection portion of the lower horizontal plate portion and a coupling groove portion(32) covering a flange portion, and a pipe-shaped rib frame(40) provided to make one end fitted to the fitting groove portion.
