PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adsorbing ferrichrome compounds or their deferri compounds in a liquid with a ceramic, and further to provide a method for eluting, recovering and utilizing the adsorbed ferrichrome compounds or their deferri compounds. SOLUTION: This method for adsorbing and recovering the ferrichrome compounds or their deferri compounds is characterized by adsorbing the ferrichrome compounds (iron-chelated ferrichrome and/or its deferri compound: deferrichrome) contained in a liquid such as Sake with a ceramic and, if necessary, further eluting and recovering the ferrichrome compounds with an eluent such as acetone. Thereby, coloring substances (ferricrocin as a main component) in the Sake are removed by the absorption of the ferrichrome compounds to give the high grade colorless Sake. The ferrichrome compounds-adsorbed ceramic can be subjected to an elusion treatment to separate and recover the ferrichrome compounds which can be used for various uses such as an organoiron agent. |
