PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a travel state and travel result precisely about a route which is one of candidate routes presented by a route searching operation and was not selected for the travel. SOLUTION: An information providing server communicates with a plurality of navigation systems and receives travel data. Furthermore, data of unselected route representing the candidate route which is not selected by a user, are received from a navigation system performing a route searching operation. Then, travel data of a virtual vehicle are created about the unselected route, based on actual travel data of a vehicle received from another navigation system.
