PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in heat resistance and the anchoring property on a substrate, and a laminated body using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a polyester-based resin D having a glass transition temperature in a range of -80-0°C and having a hydroxy group and/or a carboxy group at a side chain; a silane compound E including a functional group selected from an amino group, a vinyl group, a glycidyl group, a mercapto group, andβ-ketoester group, and an alkoxy group; and a reactive compound F reactive with the hydroxy group and/or the carboxy group in the resin D.
