PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device, in which the assembly work efficiency of a control unit for controlling driving of an electric motor is improved, and the heat radiation function of the control unit is improved to be adaptable to large current size electric motors. SOLUTION: The control unit of the electric power steering device is composed by disposing a base part, a metal substrate, a mold substrate, a control substrate, and a cover part in laminated structure in this order. On the mold substrate that is integrally composed with a resin substrate, an energization metal pattern for electrically connecting a heat generating member and a non-energization metal pattern connected to the base pattern are disposed.
