PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing mechanism having superior maintenance property of various types of boards mounted with various types of incorporated electronic components and capable of reducing the restriction of assembling procedures of the various types of boards; and the housing mechanism of an ultrasonic observation apparatus. SOLUTION: This housing structure is characterized in that a plurality of circuit boards are detachably fixed to be layered in parallel to a housing and having at least one circuit board detachably fixed along a different direction from the superposed direction.
