The invention relates to a dishwasher machine (110) for industrial use, said machine comprising a washing compartment (112) with a front flap (116) to be opened for loading items to be washed into the washing compartment (112) or unloading the same therefrom. The dishwasher machine (110) also comprises at least one condensate deposition device (120) which is connected to the washing compartment (112) and is fitted with at least one ventilator (148) for sucking and/or blowing out vapour and/or air from the closed washing compartment (112). The condensate deposition device (120) comprises at least one condensation surface (144) for condensing water vapour. Said dishwasher machine (110) also has an air supply channel (122) for supplying ambient air into the washing compartment (112).
