A transmitting method according to a receiver using job processing information in an image forming job, a client and an image forming apparatus are provided to designate a transmission position of a receiver by only a name of the receiver without detailed information about the receiver by forming a work form and designate a destination according a transmitter and a document form, thereby improving user's convenience. One or more destinations corresponding to a receiver are set(100). Job processing information including information about the receiver is generated at a destination to which a job is transmitted(102). The result of executing the job is transmitted to the destination corresponding to the receiver by using the generated job processing information(104).
