PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an installation position of a noise absorber. SOLUTION: Since the noise absorber 1 is formed by connecting a ferrite core 2 having a through opening 4 for passing an electric wire and a metal member 3 provided with a soldering surface 5a that can be soldered, the installation position of the noise absorber 1 can be fixed by soldering the soldering surface 5a of the metal member 3 to a printed board. Moreover, it can be fixed in the same manner even if the soldering surface 5a is bonded to the printed board, a chassis, etc. by a double-sided adhesive tape and an adhesive.
