PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating wire which can be soldered and has an improved charge life. SOLUTION: Polyurethane insulating paint or heat resistant insulating paint which can be soldered is applied and seized to a conductor 1 to form a soldered insulating coat 2. Polyester insulating paint is applied and seized to the outer periphery thereof to form a polyester insulating coat 3 having a thickness of 0.002-0.004 mm.
