PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid reduction of sensitivity of a magnetic detecting element by a demagnetizing field, and to suppress the reduction of sensitivity by leak of current or increase of power consumption. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of rectangular soft magnetic material films (current-carrying section 11) and a soft magnetic material film (magnetism collecting section 12) positioned on the longitudinal outside of the longitudinal direction of the current-carrying section 11 are formed on a non-magnetic substrate, and two spiral coils 15a and 15b that are wound in reverse directions and are connected in series via an insulating layer. The current-carrying section 11 is located in the region between the center 16a of one coil 15a and the center 16b of the other coil 15b, the current-carrying section 11 is electrically insulated from the magnetism collecting section 12 via a gap 14. In the longitudinal direction of the current-carrying section 11, the centers 16a and 16b of the spiral coils 15a and 15b are located outside the end of the current-carrying section 11, and the magnetism collecting section 12 is located outside the centers 16a and 16b of the spiral coils.
