MONOPOLE ANTENNA APPARATUS FOR RECEIVING MULTIBAND BROADCASTING

A monopole antenna apparatus for receiving multiband broadcasting is provided to maintain high antenna sensitivity and antenna gain by making the length of an extension antenna shorter than the length of a monopole antenna part. A monopole antenna apparatus for receiving multiband broadcasting comprises a receiver(120), a monopole antenna(130) and an extension antenna(140). The receiver is positioned on a substrate(110). The monopole antenna is lead-in and withdrew. The monopole antenna has a contacting portion(131) for electrical contact. The end part of the extension antenna is connected to the contacting portion and the receiver of the monopole antenna. The extension antenna is arranged with being adjacent to the monopole antenna. The length of the extension antenna becomes the length resonating in a prescribed band among a plurality of bands in the lead-in of the monopole antenna. The length of the extension antenna becomes the length resonating in the multiband including a prescribed band in the withdrawal of the monopole antenna.
