<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter capable of simply and appropriately providing, in particular, a predetermined attenuation peak frequency; an electronic circuit board using the noise filter; and an adjustment method of an attenuation peak frequency. <P>SOLUTION: In this sheet-like noise filter 6 with a flat amorphous magnetic alloy represented by Fe-Co-Ni-M-P-C-B-Si and an insulating material mixed therein, sheet width dependency is imparted to the attenuation peak frequency of its attenuation characteristic.
