<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable intercommunication between a broadcasting station and a viewer, and to reduce pay broadcast expenses. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcasting station and a viewer are directly connected by an optical fiber by adding a relay added value. Thereby, reduced or free viewing fees and subscription fees, intercommunication between a television station and a viewer, receiving voices or videos from the viewer on real time even while television broadcasting is on air can be achieved.
