<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage transformer with excellent productivity, insulation reliability, and mechanical characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive wire coated with thermosetting resin for insulation, of which a reaction rate by the DSC method is 30-60% and of which a melting point is 80-150°C, is wound around, and the thermosetting resin for insulation is melted by heating to fill a gap part among the wound conductive wires to form a primary coil and a secondary coil as a coil part.
