PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting wall panel for an attic space having excellent construction efficiency and used for partitioning an attic space along a parting wall between dwelling units and also provide a method of installing the parting wall panel. SOLUTION: This parting wall panel 1 for an attic space comprises a panel structure having a frame 2 formed by mutually connecting a plurality of steel frame members including a lower frame member 2a1 horizontally extending at the lowermost position and fireproof surface members 3 attached to both sides of the frame 2. Since at least a part of the lower edge 3e of each of the surface members 3 on both sides is terminated without reaching the lower frame member 2a1, an opening 6 for installing a scaffold plate extending through the surface members 3 on both sides is formed between the lower edge 3e of the surface member and the lower frame member.
