PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit capable of obtaining cost reduction by reducing at least the number of components in a heat radiating passage, a housing of a rotating electric machine with which the connector unit can be connected, and the rotating electric machine.

SOLUTION: The connector unit 5 can be connected with the housing 60 of the rotating electric machine. A power conversion part 10 included in the connector unit includes: a semiconductor device 11; a heat sink 21 for dissipating heat from the semiconductor device; a wiring member 23 connected to an electrode of the semiconductor device; and an insulating adhesive layer 26 for fixing the wiring member and the heat sink. In a contact region between the heat sink and the insulating adhesive layer in the wiring member, recessed parts 21g, 23g are formed, respectively.
