PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feather pattern material processing apparatus that realizes the reduction of the whole cost and the speed up of processing work. SOLUTION: An inside small diameter circular saw 16 and an outside large diameter circular saw 18 are coaxially arranged on the rotary shaft of the general-purpose motor 12, which is arranged through the servomotor 22 attached to an arm 21 in a freely positionally controllable manner, in a freely detachable manner under arranging relationship leaving a predetermined interval and the small and large diameter circular saws 16 and 18 are properly used under a short stroke. In this case, it is desirable to coaxially arrange the small and large diameter circular saws 16 and 18 so as to interpose a spaced apart distance determined by the relation of a feather pattern material to be processed with a size.
