PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a power assisting robot assisting a work of an operator by amplifying operating force of the operator. SOLUTION: This power assisting robot 10 is provided with: a driving source 11; an operation part 12 operated by the operator; a work part 13 imparting force to an object; an amplifying part 14 amplifying the operating force inputted in the operation part 12 and supplying the amplified force to the work part 13 via the driving source 11; a control part 16 performing a control so that the work part 13 follows an operation of the operation part 12; a power assisting state determining part 17 determining a power assisting state to be a state showing whether the work part 13 follows the operation of the operation part 12; and a state indicating part 20 performing a prescribed indication to the operator, etc. when the power assisting state is unstable.
