Net-type lawn grass and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate the transport and construction by simply using a net including light lawn grass from which the soil is removed. A method for manufacturing a net-type lawn grass comprises a first step for weaving the fiber yarn into a mesh shape to make a lower net(100b); a second step for dipping fertilizer in the lower net; a third step for washing and sterilizing it to make soil-removed and sterilized lawn grass(200); a fourth step for flooring the lower net and arranging the lawn grass uniformly; a fifth step for covering the upper net(100a) equal to the lower net of the second step on the lawn grass floored with the lower net of the fourth step; and a sixth step for packaging the upper and lower nets of the fifth step.
