A drive system of the heat pump or the cooling cycle is provided that the efficiency can be improved by using the high heater remaining in the heat which radiates while being changed to the liquid in the condenser. A drive system of the heat pump or the cooling cycle comprises a liquid receiver advanced into to the state mixed after condenser to the liquid coolant of the large amount and small amount of gas in the operation of heat pump system or the refrigerating system. A hole is formed in the topmost part of the liquid receiver. The hole is formed away from each ither in the compressor.
