PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel as an energy storage means which can be applied in a wide variety of industrial fields by adding a power storage function to original functions of the flywheel. SOLUTION: The flywheel with power storage function has a structure in which a power storage device 2 is provided on a flywheel body 1 and is connected to a contact terminal 4 by using an electric wiring 3, and power is supplied and received to/from the power storage device 2 in a contact manner.
